The day before every event, each vendor gets a compiled call sheet of everything they committed to — and must tap one button. Confirmations are timestamped against a snapshot of the exact details, so "we never got the right time" stops being possible.
Auto-send rules (planner-tweakable): compile & send day before at 9:00 AM to the vendor + their day-of POC · resend at 1:00 PM if unopened · escalate to Meera at 6:00 PM if unconfirmed · per-vendor overrides (venue gets T-7 too).
